"Leadership Maryland surrounds you with amazing classmates and thought-provoking leaders in many different settings throughout the State. You are regularly confronted with difficult, multi-faceted issues and taken well outside your comfort zone to discuss (and ultimately pursue) solutions. The immersive experience of Leadership Maryland broadens and deepens you as a leader, but more importantly as a human being, and the relationships you build will last a lifetime."
