For the past 20 years, Leadership Maryland has identified leaders in the state and provided a yearlong program that presents and discusses the current issues, challenges, and opportunities facing the state and its diverse regions.
By being better informed about these varied, interconnected and often conflicting key issues, Leadership Maryland graduates are prepared and encouraged to accept critical leadership positions.
The Leadership Maryland program has a membership of over 900 leaders around the state, representing the private, public and non-profit sectors.
All Leadership Maryland members serve the non-profit community in some volunteer capacity, such as board membership, task forces, and committees.
